Frequently Asked Questions

Please wear sports attire. We prefer tighter options for safety and spotting purposes. 

Athletes are to go barefoot in the gym. No shoes or socks to be worn on the gym floors. The ninja warrior program can accommodate indoor shoes if the athletes would like but need to be approved by the teacher. Outdoor shoes are not permitted in the gym. 

Bring a water bottle into the gym with you as we will not have a staff bringing the athletes to the lobby each time they want a drink. 

Hair must be pulled back out of the athletes' faces.

Yes! Our athletes walk through the gym space and lobby barefooted, we need to keep the floors as clean as possible, especially in inclement weather. 

If you are not comfortable being barefoot in the lobby, feel free to bring a pair of indoor shoes or slippers. 

We understand that families are busy and sometimes things come up. Please be aware that we are not able to offer make-up classes or refunds for missed classes. 

The only exception is if the gym needs to close due to inclement weather, in which case we will provide a make-up option.

Parking is available on the street or in the nearby municipal lot. Please note that the spaces behind the building are for residents only and may not be used for gym parking.

You may cancel your registration at any time at no extra cost. If you cancel in the middle of the month, no refunds are provided for any payments that were already processed or due earlier that month. Please email us at info@passiontofitness.com to cancel. Cancellations must be in writing.

Parents/Guardians are permitted to sit in the lobby to watch classes. We have 2 gym spaces, the "big" gym and the "small" gym. 

The "small" gym has a window looking into it that can be viewed from the lobby. 

The "big" gym does not have a window, instead we have a live camera feed set up on a TV in the lobby.
